Current compensation framework

50% of successfully collected commissionable membership revenue for membership months 1–12, then 40% recurring after month 12 while the ambassador agreement remains active and in good standing and the member remains active.

There is no guaranteed income. Compensation depends on successfully collected commissionable membership revenue and the final written ambassador agreement.

How the process works

Send a short interest email.
Franklin Navigator reviews whether the role is a fit.
Roger Gillman makes the final interview and selection decision.
If selected, the formal relationship, responsibilities and classification will be documented before work begins.
