Use the highest-value member tools first.
- Add or review your business logo/profile image. Make the profile recognizable while preserving the current review and ownership controls.
- Review your business information. Confirm the public profile represents the correct business or organization.
- Improve your description, services and hours. Give Franklin residents useful details for evaluating your business.
- Add additional approved profile media. Community Members can use reviewed cover and gallery media where eligible.
- Add useful customer-action links. Use supported website, contact, booking, quote, reservation, ordering or similar links when appropriate.
- Create a coupon, special, sale or promotion. Add clear terms, dates, codes and a supported action link.
- Add an upcoming event. Include current dates, location information and useful event details.
- Add reviewed promotional media. Upload or replace eligible graphics, flyer images or reviewed PDF flyers/documents.
- Preview before you submit. Review the resident-facing content and attached media, then submit it for Franklin review.
- Keep time-sensitive information current. Expired offers and past events stop appearing as current.
Community Membership — $35/year. Renews annually until canceled. Membership provides optional tools for a richer Franklin Navigator presence; it does not guarantee traffic, ranking, leads, customers, sales, bookings, revenue or any other business result.
